At Ms. Rose’s, nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our customers
and our family of associates. We are putting a great deal of emphasis on the procedures
that support our high standards in the areas of cleanliness and health.

What We’re Doing and How We’re Doing It

•All staff have undergone certified sanitation and COVID-19 prevention training
•Ensuring that our excellent hand washing practices are rigorously followed
•Touchless soap, sanitizer, and paper towel dispensers are available in the restrooms and throughout the restaurant
•Strictly requiring associates who don’t feel well to stay home from work
•Frequently disinfecting commonly touched surfaces in all areas of our restaurants
•Pens used for check signing will be sanitized after each use
•Restrooms will be cleaned hourly

According to the CDC, “Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread from person-to-person through respiratory droplets. Currently, there is no evidence to support the transmission of COVID-19 associated with food.”

Every day, we hold ourselves to the highest cleanliness and health standards that are designed to maintain a safe and healthy environment in our restaurant. In addition, we remain vigilant in learning more about this disease by monitoring developments closely and keeping informed of additional
recommendations from DHEC and other public health agencies.

Ms. Rose’s is committed to doing what is right to protect our customers and associates and to do our part in preventing the transmission of Coronavirus.

What You Can Do

•Practice proper social distancing
•Cover your mouth when you sneeze or cough
•Follow recommended hand washing practices
•Wear a mask when you are not eating to prevent the possible spread
•Please be patient as we all grow accustomed to this new lifestyle

Coronavirus Exposure Policy

In the event that a staff member of Ms. Rose’s should test positive for COVID-19 the following procedures will be taken:

•Any positive test result will be communicated to the owners, our legal team, DHEC, and staff
•Follow all recommendations made by the health department when the case is reported
•Ms. Rose’s will be shut down for sanitation until staff test results come back
•All staff will be tested for COVID-19
•Any staff member testing positive will be required to quarantine for two weeks and will need to be
cleared by a doctor before returning to work
•Before reopening, the building will be sanitized and all staff will be cleared
