One of our favorite days of the year is National Dessert Day, and to celebrate, we wanted to share with you one of our most delicious and sweetest cookie recipes, our Soft Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies! Although they are not on the menu, we thought it would be fun for you to make a batch at home and share them with your loved ones. If you prefer not to bake but still want to celebrate the sweetest day of the year, stop by Ms. Rose’s and savor in the sweets such as our Cookie Brownie Pie, Oreo Cake, and Banana Pudding Cheesecake. Soft Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
6 3/4 All-Purpose Flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 pounds Butter
1 1/2 cups granulated Sugar
3 cups Brown Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbs. Vanilla
18 oz. Dark Chocolate
Preheat the oven to 325º. Whisk the flour, soda, and salt set aside. Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Reduce the speed and add the eggs one at a time, scraping down. Add the dry ingredients, chocolate, and vanilla. Put them in the oven for 11-13 minutes. Then enjoy!
