About the Restaurant

At Ms. Roses, our goal was to design a space that facilitates maximum enjoyment – of our fine food and cocktails, the outdoors – as experienced on our deck, and, of course, the friends, family and neighbors in whose company you most want to be. Take a look around. We think you’ll find that our space is a little bit vintage, a little bit modern, and a little bit surprising. Some call it eclectic – Ms. Rose calls it “divine.”

At Ms. Rose’s, we use local, sustainable seafood and are reducing
single-use products through the Good Catch program.

Ben Martin

Executive Chef

Ben moved to the Lowcountry in 2001 from Cocoa, Florida. He attended the College of Charleston, where he played soccer and graduated with a degree in Marketing. His first taste in the hospitality industry began 12 years ago with Queen Street Hospitality Group as Chef Garde Manger (keeper of the food) and worked his way up to Chef de Cuisine.
